Hi Jackie,
Just wanted to let you know that we are so pleased with our decision to stay at Excellence in Punta Cana. Our first impression was that it is “fabulous”. The entire trip was exactly what we ordered: beautiful location, relaxing, fun activities, great beaches and romantic. It took only about a day before all the stress of our daily lives was washed away and we were feeling tranquil. We loved the all-inclusive because we never had to give money a thought. The staff was always nearby and ready to take care of any whim, like a drink on the beach. Bob and I highly recommend this vacation to couples wanting to get away to relax and reconnect. It did just that for us. We are already considering our return.

Hi Jackie,
We had a great vacation! Everything was so fabulous and nice. The resort was first class. Everything was nice, clean and nothing was missing. The service, the food and the facility all were just wonderful.
The weather was beautiful and we had no rain all week. It was a little annoying how windy it was at times, nonstop for hours. The sun was very intense and we all got burned although we had sun block and used it frequently. All in all we were very happy and would go back there again although the travel was very long. We enjoyed the week very much.

Hi Jackie,
I'm thinking a lot about Terry as I'm sure many of us are. I think he'd approve of spending time looking at pictures of a great travel experience. Not that I needed much reminder, but I vow to do as much travelling as I can while still able to.
Thank you again for all of your help in making this a fabulous trip (to Hawaii)! I still think about it often and brag to people about what great travel arrangements we had - thanks to you!

A HUGE thank you for everything you did in the Bahamas! Without you, the trip wouldn't have been nearly as enjoyable. You worked really hard helping set up different things for us to do and I really appreciate it. I also wanted to give you a huge thanks for going to bat for us regarding the bonfire (BB) even though you weren't there. That was definitely above & beyond the call of duty! You give your customers great service & you are a great person to boot!!
It was fun getting to know you better and I can't wait for the next trip, whatever and whenever it may be. Thanks again!!

All was wonderful! Flight, accomodations great! I would highly recommend this to anyone (Puerto Vallarta). It was wonderful to be able to walk to the marina every night and have different food choices. The staff at the Marriott is always friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about it! Thanks again for helping us arrange it. We will contact you again next year for our plans!

Hi Jackie,
I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thanks for all of your planning for the Gopher trip last week. I had a ball, and am so glad I went. And of course, I’m glad we saw a Gopher victory. Tuesday night had to be pretty depressing. I can’t believe how the Gophers were totally shut down. I guess we can hope that Texas A&M continues to do well, so we find out they have a great team.
Thanks again, and keep on planning these Gopher trips. I hope I can travel with you again next year.

We had a great time. The hotels were beautiful. Loved the Royal Lahaina. The Marriott on the Big Island was incredible. We couldn't afford dinner there but they had the best pools and we hit the bar/hot tub every night. Every event went well. I was most worried about the snorkeling on the Big Island but it worked out just fine. We were you most of the time. The bike ride and snorkeling trip on Maui, we were the Jackie Henin party. The Pearl Harbor tour was awesome. The outrigger was under construction so that was a little disoriented but not a huge deal. Waikiki is packed. We still rented a car on Oahu and we to the Dole Plantation and the North Shore.
Oh yeah - our wedding was perfect. Tears all around. We had a videographer as well as photographer and they were incredible. So beautiful. We had only spoken to the minister twice and she nailed us. It was perfect. Definitely a trip of a life time and the good news is it's already paid off. Not too shabby.
